Serious-edness and Sonnenschein-edness January 20, 2010

Hello,

We have a quick update on our matter of great serious-edness, the disaster in Haiti. Contact has been made with our compound, and (PRAISE THE LORD!) they are all fine, even the buildings only sustained minor structural damage. And currently over four thousand refugees are staying on our compound’s lovely land. We still are in great need of donations for our mission, right now, the biggest help would be just plain, money. The information to donate is below, on the previous post.

On a completely different note, of Sonnenschein-edness, there will be a SGI meeting today from 12 to 1 today, at the Lewis County Career Center. We hope to see you there!

God bless, and live green!

Okay,

We’ve had our fill of silliness. But now it is time for serious-edness: The church associated with the Green Alliance, General Assembly and Church of the First Born, has a mission compound near Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The compound has been offered for the Red Cross relief efforts. The church will be feeding Haitians as long as there is a need. But we need donations, and 100% of which will go to the Haiti relief. If you would like to donate, please send the money to:

General Assembly Church

Haiti Mission

161 Baker Rd.

Hohenwald, TN 38462

or call (931)-796-4368 or (931)-796-4361

or for more information go to:

We would appreciate your donations and if you cannot give money, please give your prayers.

God bless, and live green.
